Who is Jeff Clark?
Jeff Clark is best known for being the first surfer to paddle out and surf Mavericks’ big waves off Pillar Point in California. Maverick is one of the most dangerous and deadliest big waves on the planet. Jeff Clark surfed Mavericks alone for 15 years. He became a living legend, widely regarded as the pioneer of Mavericks. Jeff Clark still lives and surfs in Half Moon Bay.
